The following Alianz’s Privacy Policy reflects our commitments and obligations to comply with the EU’s new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Canada’s privacy legislation, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”), Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation, passed in 2010 and effective July 1st, 2014 (“CASL”), and our own commitment to protecting our clients’ privacy.

Your privacy is important to us, so the goal of this policy is to be transparent about what information Alianz collects, uses, and shares. When we refer to “Alianz”, “we”, or “us”, we mean the Alianz Development Inc. corporate entity that acts as the controller or processor of your information.

Definitions

“Customer” means an organization that has purchased BMA Application Suite or inquired for information regarding BMA Application Suite. “BMA Application Suite” means the suite of integrated PowerApp applications, public web portal, and HL7 2.x messaging engine that Alianz supplies to the Customers for managing calendars of mammography screening fix and mobile screening facilities as well as for booking mammogram appointments. ‘Personal Information’ means information about an identifiable individual, but does not include the name, title or business address, business email, or business telephone number of an employee of an Alianz’s Customer.

Information we Collect

Alianz does not collect or store any Personal Information. Alianz collects only the following Nonpersonal Information – name, title, business address, business email, or business telephone number of an employee of a Customer. We use the information we collect only for the purpose of sharing information with employee of a Customer about the BMA Application Suite with the Customer, as well as the purpose of implementation and support of BMA Application Suite in accordance with the corresponding purchase agreement or service contract. BMA Application Suite must be deployed to the Customer’s tenancy with Microsoft or on the Customer’s network. Alianz will have no access to the data stored by the Customer’s instance of the BMA Application Suite.

Information we Share

Alianz doesn’t share any collected information with third parties.

How Information is Stored and Secured

Alianz collects only Nonpersonal Information. This information will be stored as a data record of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud application running in Microsoft’s Canadian data centers. These data centers and Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud applications are certified to information security standards and control frameworks ISO/IEC 27001. Microsoft is compliant also with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) – a voluntary framework consisting of standards, guidelines, and best practices to manage cybersecurity-related risks. Only authorized Alianz’s personal will have access to the Nonpersonal Information of our Customers.

Anti-Spam Policy

Alianz has a zero-tolerance policy against spamming. All our personal will refrain from using our operating and messaging systems, including but not limited to email, instant messaging, or texting (collectively, “Electronic Communication”) to distribute any unsolicited commercial electronic messages for which consent has not been given by the Customer. This includes all one-to-one email communications with clients as well as mass emailing in connection with the marketing of the BMA Application Suite and implementation services.
